Hi,
I am shopping for a 2001 4.7 4X2 limited slip Club Cab. My question is which rear gear ratio should I go with? 3.55 or 3.91. Also does anyone know advertised and actual gas mileage with either set of gears?
Thanks alot,
John

I've had my 4.7, 2001 Club SLT for about a month now. I ordered the 3.55, limited slip, automatic, since most of my driving is city and freeway. If you are going to do any towing, you may want the 3.91 ratio. I've only got 500 miles on the truck, but seem to be averageing around 14.5 mpg.
