I just picked up my 2001 r/t 6 weeks ago and was involved in an accident 4 weeks ago. After waiting
4 weeks for Chrysler to send me the right front bumper, they have now told me that the particular part i am looking
for is now unavailable and no longer manufactured. This truck is 6 weeks old...how can parts not be available?
They have now told me that I have to put a Dakota sport two tone black bumper on my silver R/T
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go through Chyrsler to get this problem resolved?
I have been hung up on twich by customer assistance and am getting very frustrated.
