Hi all, which throttle body is better, Quick D's or flometrics?? The flometrics is more expensive than quick D is this because of performance issues. Thanks

You can't compare Flometrics with the QuickD TB. They're two totally different designs.
The QuickD uses a factory casting and modified the bores, blades, shaft, and top.
The Flometrics is a "ground up" Billet Aluminum design with a redesigned IAC port (gets rid of that annoying whistle), each bore is identical in flowrate, modifed Shaft, Blades, etc.

Depends on what you want...
The QuickD is a good replacement for the daily street driver and the Flometrics is an excellent replacement for the street driver...and the track.
How much do you want to spend?....that's the question.

You can always try the spring clamp trick first. Costs about $20 from Mr. Gasket and they work rather well on several trucks out here (at the track).
One clamp goes on front and back on each leaf spring. Keeps them from winding up the spring...which causes wheel hop and slipping.
