On a 5.9L Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited Edition), it showed a 24HP increase...that's due to the "squished" factory airhat. On a 5.2L Magnum engine, it showed an approximate 16HP increase.

For the 4.7L (K&N P/N#33-2175) I haven't seen or heard of anyone running one yet. The "Z-Tubes" are showing about 10HP increases though so I would guess that it should be close to that, if not more. (The 4.7's seem to like more airflow...including larger/porter throttle bodies as well).

I have the K&N aif filter in now. I noticed an immeadiate change in the way the truck has run frojm the start. Does adding a better TB void the warrenty on the motor. I was also going to put on a cat-back, but am watching and waiting for more information on what is the best for the truck overall. It sounds like the best things for this truck (and simple) would be a GEN II, TB and Cat-Back System (for starters) Thanks for your input
