I have a 95 V6 Sport 2wd
I have the 10 bolt 8.25 rear end
my question is, isit 27 or 29 spline?

FMS injectors, Autolites,clear corners,V8 TB ,
Pro Comp es9000,Airraid intake with 97 air hat, R/T Rims
S-bolt mod, relocated IAT

From 97 up the 8.25 rear axles are 29 spline. 87-96 are 27 spline axles.(http://www.powertrax.com/dodgetruckns.pdf)
