Is there a good chip out there that will make a difference in performance? I finnally got my P.O.S. 99 4x4 running right, now I wish I could get a little better performance out of it. I dont want to race it, I just want some more tourqe for climbing hills.
I tried yelling at it, and I pointed a gun at it a few times but it had no affect on performance. So I thought I would need some advice.

Shell, 32" mudtires, K&N stufff and a black trailer hitch.

Well, minor adjustments like a filter, small tube headers(JBA), a better throttle body, lo-restriction muffler (Gibson), better fuel 91+, are all a slight increase. However, the only significant modification you can make to get more torque would be the camshaft. You have to have it custom ground, and if you were to get solid lifters instead of the stock hydraulic lifters, it would also tremendously increse your torque as well as bottom and top end power. I'm assuming you have the 3.9L model like me. Another idea would be to replace your stock torque converter to something like a B&M Torque Master and that would allow you to use a higher gear ratio at lower rpm's, but you wouldn't be able to speed. It's like driving in 2nd gear the whole time. There is a program you can get called desktopdyno2000 made by Motion Software Inc, where you can incorporate a plethora of interchangeable parts and monitor the affect it will have on your engine. In reality, real power and torque cost $$$. If you are really leaning toward chips, then stay away from JET. Sometimes all the engine needs is a little spring cleaning...:-)
