I have a '99 dakota 4x4 w/5.2. It has sat for a year waiting to get a new tranny and transfer case. We now are picking up a trouble code that says it's the Intake Air Temp. Sensor.I know it should have 5 volts to it, which it does. But, it should have a resistence of 18k @ 50 deg. F. and 1k @ 176 deg. f. SO @ 36 deg. it should be about 19.88 k. Mine is 10-11k. Am i to assume this sensor is shot?
