Subject: 95 dakota 4x4 club cab lift/tire option?

New to the early to mid 90s dakotas. What will fit for tires stock? What's available for lift kits out there? I'd like to get some 31s or 32s under there.
Does bushwhacker or anyone else make cutouts for these trucks?

What will fit for tires stock? 31x10.5 little to no rub(stock wheels) 32x11.5 with somme rub on the frame -doesn't hurt anything, just rubs paint (also stock wheels). If you change the offset (backspacing) of the wheel, you will run into rubbing at the rear lip of the front fenderwells.

What's available for lift kits out there?
2" or 3" body lifts -Performance Accessories or Trailmaster
Suspension lift -Trailmaster 4"

Does bushwhacker or anyone else make cutouts for these trucks? No one makes cut outs. Glassworks unliimited makes fiberglass fenders that are cut out and flared 4"s.

Hope this helps.

He asked about cutout flares. Those (what Walt has) are for stock fender openings. While they do cover more tire than stock flares, they are not meant to go on a fender that the opening has been enlarged (cutouts).

Yea, Bill is correct. They're just extend a flares. No one makes a cut out flare because there really isn't sufficient space to do so. If you remove the back of the wheel well liner on the front, you only gain about a 1/2" to 3/4" of space and then you're hitting floor board. The design of the inner fenders and the cab itself doesn't work well with a cut out flare. That's why no one offers them.

Last weekend, I just marked out where I'm cutting mine and I'm only trimming about a 1/2" of the lip off the rear of the front well. The bulk of the cutting will be in front of the wheel well, most of the sheet metal below where the side light wraps around on the front fender and some of the inner fender (to make room for the shock hoops). The new axle is being mounted 3-4" forward of where the stock center section was. I'm hoping that with that combination, I can safely squeeze a 39" in there with room for suspension travel.
