Message: Well i'm back !!!! The desert was great, although the liberals are trying hard to close it all off to any offroad use...Bucket..being the law abiding citizen that he is, blew right thru the "no camping/no campfire" signs and promptly set up camp with a blazing fire at night. Nothing quite like beer around a campfire.

Message: I would expect gold to deflate in price due to the enormous price of buying it in bulk loads. So there for I wouldn’t be surprised at all it you see some flex in the dollars value by in the end of the year.
But,it might be possible to see about 1,500 an ouce by the end of the year.

Message: I dont think that 1500 would be far fetched either, although we are nearing the end of the year soon it could happen but i would put it a hair further out, but its coming. If you've ever been gold prospecting its easy to realize why its so valuable.....CAUSE ITS DAMM HARD TO FIND IT !! I got a buddy thats got a small round tobacco can about 1/4 full of gold nuggets and we weighed it, he had almost 7 ounces and the can was only 1/4 full !!....gold is heavy.

Message: If you think liberal laws regarding restriction from people who likes to go camping is crazy. Then try being a truck driver. There are some states that have an anti idiling policy. So if you get cold because you don't have an A.P.U that runs your truck with you main engine off. Thats just to bad.

Message: If it came down to that i think i would rather get a ticket than freeze, this country is so full of bull$hit laws its time to start breaking them, especially since global warming turned out to be a hoax...which is no surprise.

Message: Well duh! Do you remember they were talking about global freezing back 30 years ago. HMMMM so what happened to those scientist that were making those predictions. Well, since there were no signs of any glaciers building up on Main Street and no reports of polar bears roaming around in people’s yards. The decided to hop on a different band wagon that’s titled: Global Warming! Beside’s you can sell it to the public much easier.
And Bucket. Not that I was rooting for $1500 and ounce. We got enough problems with the Green Back.

| RE: The Gold Standard IP: Logged
Message: Snow in Houston does not mean there is no global warming. Global warming is a rise in AVERAGE global temperatures; and can be expected to disrupt normal weather patterns. Even causing lower temperatures in some areas - so the snow in Houston could even be related to more of the coming problems we can expect due to global warming. Harsher weather of all sorts is to be expected in different areas as the average temperature rises and the way weather patterns interact changes. Note that the problem is not called Texas warming; but global warming...
