Living in CA, just north of Los Angeles there's not much in the way of hunting but I go target shooting alot. I fish saltwater, we go for anything from halibut to mako sharks.

40# stripper pulled out of the Colorado river below Hoover dam. I fish Lake Mead, Lake Mohave and the Colorado River mainly with a trip or two to San Diego for tuna in the summer. Tried hunting in Neveda, but got discouraged when I didn't get drawn for a deer or elk tag 4 years in a row.
