 Subject: Steering Column Rattle

I have a 94 Dakota 4x4 V-8 and the steering column has started to rattle whenever I hit a bump in the road or travel over rough terrain. Any ideas or TSB's? Also, how do you gain access to TSBs? Thanks,

My steering column rattles a bit to, but I doubt it is the same. On mine, the platic, square looking piece that is loose and it rattles a bit.
