Well this is officially the saddest day in NASCAR. I cant fathom going to next weeks race at Rockingham and not seeing the intimidator taking the green flag. The accident looked so regular(for a racing accident) that i just knew that he could walk away. But he didnt God Bless, and we will all miss him.

Wether you care or not about NASCAR, or Dale. It is always a sad day when a man dies, leaving his family behind. Espically when the man is such a nice guy, who alays contribuated to his sport, and family. He was a man admired by millions, and will always live on the soul of the track. I salute you Mr. Earnhardt. Tank you for your contributions to the sport of racing. It is always a comfort to know that good men can still be found in sports today. I salute you. Farewell.

Sad day??????? hell son that boy died by the same hand he delt to everyone else. I got lots of tapes of TV NASCAR broadcasts that show that old SOB doin the same thing to way too many drivers in the last 3 or less laps of the race. Far as I'm concerned he died by the same way he raced. Far as off the trck he done some good, but on the track good riddance.

Dale E. forever! He was the last link from what NASCAR was, to what NASCAR is today. He raced the way he wanted to. Sure alot of people didnt like him, but your always gonna have enimies when your on top.

billy bob has to watch old tapes to have any knowledge of nascar!and when you ask him what driver he likes he says anyone driving a dodge!since this is the first year back into nascar it only shows you he has no clue!so your comment means nothing!!!!!!!so the only reason you dont like him is because he spins people out on the last few laps?there are many drivers that do the same thing but they werent as big of a winner as dale!5 weeks ago jeff gorden spun tony stewart with 4 laps remaining what do you think of jeff he is also leading the points in the winston cup ?GO BACK TO WATCHING OLD TAPES!

Well we rednecks like driving in a straight line too but we found that driving in cirlces takes less time to get back home to the bbq ribs and beer after the race. Never cared for the man but dont want to see anyone die. I actually found it a little satisfying to see Dale Jr. wins last night even though my driver(s) didnt. I do like Dale Jr a little better than I did his dad.
Oh yeah, anyone ever notice that most guys, at least here in my area, that are big Nascar fans dont even drive fast truck's? We all have 4x4's. Guess we are really rednecks after all. Welcome to the club guys! Been one all my life. Matter of fact, I just had a big plate of ribs and beans for dinner last night (seriously). Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I just read some of the responses to what some moron said and pretended to be me. Let me get a few things off my chest, first off, I you dont believe me ask mark, he can tell where the posts came from. Second, you should be pretty sure the posts are from who they say they are from before you guys start talking shit. Finally, I came to this site when I got my dodge to get help and answers and found some pretty cool people while I was here. Now it sounds like some of those very people want to cut your throat when some jackass imposter starts using your name to talk shit.
P.S. That whole Z71 Boy stuff, which I admitted to, was the idea that Mark(forum moderator) and I came up with togeather and was meant all in good fun kinda like Candy, so dont throw that crap up in my face.

good riddence to any menace, the very first time he run in NASCAR he was down 3 laps and smacked a guy out of the race runnin for 4th position right after he was passed by the 4th place car. That night his Daddy give him what for but it just never sunk in.
