I have tried to post for the last few days
but after I hit the preview/post button it
comes back and says it failed ecause the name field is empty ????
If this makes it I didn't do anything different

Ive looked into it and I have no idea. Seems to work now for you so lets rejoice. =) I do know that if you preview it and then click back to change something the name field and emial field reset.

OK here goes.If you happen to see this Mark,
I can post to the forum (so far),if I don't
enter my email address in the post section.
If I just enter name field and leave email
field everything seems to work, is this just a problem with Netscape or is it something else??

Actually Bernd my problem has been with Netscape
wether I use it under Windoze or OS/2. However
everything seems to post OK when I use IE in
windoze. But like our choice of vehicles we always
want to use the best so that is why i use OS/2.

I finally found a way to be able to post.
Mark is there something in the new software
for this forum that does not like Netscape
or is this another of Billy boy's farces

OS/2 = Oh Sh-t (we screwed ourselves) Two times.
Someone actually still uses that? Man...and after messing around with OS/2 Warp (many years ago), I thought they'd kill that OS just to save face. ;)

Actually Bernd I'm using the latest release of
WARP which was released on Nov. 30 2000.
Much more functionality including (logical volume
manager)instead fo fdisk and (journal file system)allows logical drives to span several hard
discs and expandle or shrinkable at will.
Besides I use it at work for machine control!!

B.T.W. Bernd will the flometrics T.B.work on the
Y2K 3.9l as I have noticed some differences between "99" and earlier models and Y2K and newer.Does this mean mine is a GEN IV???

Yup...the TB will work.
No, your Dak is still a Gen-III. (The Generation is based on body, engine, and styling.)
Gen-I = 88 - 91 (PreMag)
Gen-II = 92 - 96 (Magnum Engines introduced - Boxed Body Style)
Gen-III = 97 - Current (Different Body Style)
