I've got a slight problem. When I looked at my 4 cylinder last night I noticed it had swollen up ... to at least twice it's size ... doc says it's a rare case of acceleration inflammation ... no known cure. Only treatment is regular doses of TMI (timely modification induction). Very expensive treatment.

The easiest way to make it a 4cly again is take a ball peen hammer and knock the plugs off of one side. Wala 4 cyl. hehe

Blizzard, Viagara, contrary to popular belief, is not a good combustion chamber cleaner. Side effects can cause supernumerary cylinders to sprout.
One recommended cure is to put posters of the Avalanche in your garage, that should help reduce it significantly.

I got it too, but a milder form. The dealer says because of my wife, it makes me more resistant therefore only growing by 50%. Unfortunately, the dealer said that's as far is it will go :(

You won't be laughing when I get my 4-banger to whip your v-6's or hang with the v-8's. I am about to add "supercharged" to the list of mods I have done, and should have it installed within the next month.
Also, making fun of someone for buying what they can afford at the time is kinda childish and it shows how small your pee-pee really is.

I know you mean no harm Lesley. I just get pissed sometimes cause some people can be asses. BTW, the supercharger I found is a kit made by Rimmer Superchargers and it is actually for the Jeep 2.5L, but it being the same engine as the Dakotas....I figured that I would put it in and give myself around 200 horses...hehe

No problem guys, just feeling cornered all the time.
Dodge MICK, it is very funny how our pictures look almost exactly the same!!!! weird huh. But if you notice, I cut out the fog light holes and I don't have mudflaps...hehe also I removed all the badges except the one on the hood. (That soon will go too when I get a new hood for my supercharger.) Once the supercharger goes in, then comes the Hotchkis suspension... Then I think I might be done....hehe.

I found it funny, I did a double take. I, too, will debadge my ride as soon as the weather warms here in Canada, eh? I will lose the mudflaps in the warmer climate as well, it's just for added protection.

IntenseDak39- Good point, I will wait to do some trash talking, but when I do get it done...watch out...hehe
BlackDak02- The door install very easily, you have to remove the stock door, and use the exsisting holes to bolt it in. It took me about 10 minutes to install. It does not lock, but I would get a locking cap to be safe.

Dodge MiCK- That's cool. Is it illegal to have darker tint? Because the truck would look a lot sweeter with darker glass.
Thanks again all, I can take a ribbing or two every now and again, but when it is constant, it sucks. I bought the truck 1 year ago, when I did not have enough credit or money to get into a v8, so I settled for the 4 banger but I LOVED the styling of the daks. Recently I got an inheritance, but instead of buying a new truck, I want to see if it is possible to tweak the hell outta my truck. hehe. If any one is in the Dallas, TX area....watch out....hehe.

well i bought the nitrous, installed the nitrous myself, and filled the bottle up......i might just have to use it;)
i don't know the real power that i have as you have probably seen the "V8" dyno results.....not too bad if you think about it....152 HP at the rear wheels with two cylinders no working!

Yeah, we had to order it from the Louisiana dealership. The dealership isn't built yet, but we got on the waiting list and had to fork the dough out. It will be blue with the union jack on the roof. The interior is awesome looking, and the performance is pretty good for what the car is....a teeny british car...
