Is this the same engine as the Jeep Wrangler 2.5L?? My guess tells me that it is. I am trying to find performance upgrades for my engine, and most places sell nothing for the Dakota 2.5l, but do for the Wrangler 2.5l! Anyones input welcome.

You have a magnum 2.5
It is the same as the jeep motor. You can also put on one of the newer 4.0L V8 Jeep throttle bodies.

Thanks Dave, I wasnt exactly sure, but I had my ideas! I want to get the 4.0 TB and the TB spacer. Supposidly you get a few ponies out of the spacer as well, and its farely cheap.

Our V8 guys have shown that you lose power wth the spacer (dynoed). But noone has tested with the 2.5L's.
