I'm driving to work when I see a friend of mine in the passenger seat of an aquantances truck. My friend Brandon sticks his tongue out at me like the cool guy he is. >rollseyes<
Tony (the driver) revs his engine at me. It doesn't sound too bad. We catch a light. Come out from the light slow and I punch it from about 10 mph. That move gave me a little head start. That and his auto had to kickdown. I have about a half truck on him by the 2nd gear shift. I chirp second, his ford kind of lurches. At this point the F150 starts it's walk from my truck. By third, I'm at his rear bumper. 60 mph, time to shut it down.
We cruise next to each other and I just laugh at how slow my truck is. I sure hope that thing wasn't a V8. Dodge V8's get away from me a lot quicker than that Ford.
