Uhh, remove wheel, remove caliper, remove rotor, install new rotor, use c-clamp to push caliper piston back into caliper, install new pads, install caliper back onto spindle, snug up caliper bolts(not to tight and don't cross thred, anti-sieze is your friend) install wheel, torque lug nuts to 100ft/lbs, follow break in procedure for new rotors/pads.
