I like the Jacobs "total" packages except for the price (+/-$400). They claim 12+ HP increases - pretty good.
MSD recomends the MSD 6T for the 5.9L and super conducter wires (Part #32979). They do not advertise a specific HP increase.
I have read about the Crane Fireball (3 times the current!!)
I like the Taylor wires (great color combos).
So many choices...
Any recomendations???

Message: First off, dont believe the horsepower gains. I just installed a MSD Digital 6. It was easy with the great instructions they give. They said 20 horsepower increase. I just tested it at the track and still got the same times. I notice a difference above 3,000 rpm. It also improves the shift a little. If you plan on running nitrous this is the best you can get. It costs about $280 (+- $10 dollars). You will not notice a horsepower difference on a stock or semi-stock engine. The Digital 6 has a built-in timming retard for nitrous, a two-step rev. limiter, and much more. I dont know all the info now, so you should look in to it. I also got the Taylor Blue wires 8MM. Easy to install and they look great. Taylor also only runs about $40 a set, and come in alot of colors.

Message: I just recently installed an "Ignition Solutions" system on my 2000 4.7, installation was simple, price was $299 and the performance increase was substantial & immediate.
