well my heater core went a cpl weeks ago and have been getting estimates cheapeast one was 750 dollars. Is it possible to do i yourself or do u have to have any special tool.

from what i hear, you have to take most of the dash off... completely... i replaced on in a 66 mustang... and it took forever...

The dash is VERY EASY to uninstall. i just did this task the other day, remember, there is 2 10mm bolts holding in the passenger side airbag. After you get those bolts out, the skin slides off, REALLY SIMPLE. heater core is exposed as much as you want it to. 2 tricky bolts 7mm on the side of the dash where the doorjam is, only have to loosen them, other than that its a snap.

Damn, if i coulda, shoulda, or woulda, maybe it would be better...........
