I could not beleive it myself, but no joke 1.87 a gallon for not arco gas. I will not say what brand because it might get me laffed out of here as a kak. 15 at el cajon blvd. head east no more than a block to the right. It is a sale for how long i do not know. Price is good from 8 am to 8 pm. The way these trucks guzzle it is almost worth the trip 20 miles out of your way. be nice. Last week it was 1.77 and i have not done the math but it looks as good as shell, tex, or mobil. no joke

Yea, and next week it will be $2.00 a gallon
because some oil company broke a valve and 25
gallons spilled on the ground.

The gas pricing is a total joke! I have lost ALL
respect for the oil gluts!

Just venting guys! Have a good day.

Yes these gas prices are terrible.
I live in IA and the prices here are around 1.78 right now. At our walmarts you can get 5 cents off the reg price if you use their shopping card. They already sell their gas at a loss then 5 cents off of that really can save you.

you guys are so pathetic, gas is so cheap! even at 3 bucks a gallon it is cheap. open you eyes, the rest of the world pays 5 bucks...A LITER! it really isn't that bad and besides in the near furture we will find a super conductor and be able to drive electric cars for nothing...i hope.

Look at this way. in every area of the market in the past 20 years things have raised prices 5 to 10 fold. not gas. I can't believe you whine about gas, the truck your driving cost 30k brand new!! ouch.

haha must be maken too much money to care.

Idk, Walmart may try and make you think they are
selling at a loss plus 5 cents using their card.
They would not be selling gas if there was no
profit in it.

Like I said before, I've lost all respect for oil
gluts, slugs or whatever you want to call them.

sadly radioman is right, i am maken too much money to care. but i promise you, my father runs an oil business and believe me they don't make as much as you think they do. if you want to find the reason the price is so high blame you nosey ass government. they tax my dad at every turn in the pipe on the same barrell of oil . and everytime they tax him the market price has to go up for it. add in rediculous requirements from government organizations like the epa and you have your more expensive gas.

i forgot to add if you think they are screwing you so bad...this is a free market. buy a oil busniess and undercut them. obviously you'd rule the market right? just like wal-mart. however, the truth is there is competition and they sell oil and gas as cheap as they can.

A few major oil companys are buying up all of the little guys eliminating the competition.
The Majors reported record profits last year.

Over winter break in colorado I saw a place for $1.57, I couldn't believe my eyes.

I'm just looking forward to the day when internal combustion engines are completely replaced by hydrogen fuel cells. Do you have any idea how much horsepower you could get out of a fusion reaction under the hood of a Dakota :)

thieves~~good point, hopefully people like my father won't sell out beucuz once the big companies get complete control over the market there won't be any competition and they will charge whatever they want...which i guess pretty much already happens...

to hahaha. Are you f*cking european. riding the H train. if so don't need a ride. euros pay that much in mostly tax. I guess it goes to their wonderful med system. and when they get real sick we all know where the best meds are. and it ain't because we pay $5 a liter. No Bush hating. Remember I like BUSH. if it don't smell. Out here gas is 2.09 at the lowest. the area I found that price is 2.39 average. big ouch. Imagine lost on E and every station is 2.39 for 87. and out of nowhere 1.87 oh yeah

Kaderdak just hope you dont have a meltdown and your engine dont turn in to a nuclear explosion lol

gas around VA. is 1.79 1.89 1.99 so I guess I cant complain as much as you guys can. the people to blame is OPEC. they are the ones that regulates the price of oil a barrel. you can always tell when we piss them off. when they turn the valve down some more. I do know they are scared of iraq. if they sell out right to us and OPEC cant bring them in to their lil group. OPEC will be screwed. after all I think IRAQ can produce more oil than all the OPEC countries combined.

If the oil companies are making $5 billion net profit per quarter, and as it cost more to get our food, and other items to market, then this is the way our government is and there is nothing that we can do about it. Count your $1.87 good as our prices are $2.13. If you don't know about it then check out gasbuddy.com

another mark, a lot of stations here in NW Ohio
are beginning to drop their *plus* and *premium*
grades. Not too many buying it anyway.

Not worth the extra 15 to 30 cents a gallon. My
4.7's manual says to use 87.
