I had a similar problem a little over a year ago with coolant on the passenger floor. I took it in and the repairs were around $650 - $700. I had just bought so they covered most of it. But depending on where you take it, you are looking at between 700 and 1000 dollars. Now recently I had the odor but no leak and my windows would fog up when I turned the defrost on, so I took the advise of a recent thread and so far so good. $4.99 for a 195 thermostat $0.89 for the gasket, not bad.

My 2000 had antifreeze odor in the cab also. I replaced the thermostat(195degree), hoses, water pump and flushed system. Odor was still there and later on foggy windows and finally green fluid on floor mat. Bought new heater core for $38 and now have dash completely out. My question is: how do you disconnect the ac lines?
