I have a 2000 Dakota with the 4.7L and a manual transmission. I have spent the last month trying to solve this rough idle issue. My truck has had a rough idle while cold for the last month. Not every time it's cold, about 75% of the time. Once it warms up, things are ok. I have replace the camshaft position sensor and the throttle position sensor. I have measured the resistance of both the input air temp sensor and coolant temp sensor. They both seem ok. I am about to pull my hair out. Next is the battery temp sensor and some tests on the idle air control valve. No OBD codes. Dodge should address this issue.
